I bought my WinRail 8 CD ROM years back. Recently I picked up my hobby again, can I still use WinRail 8? My current PC does not have a optical drive anymore, can I download it from the web and use my serialnumber that is on the old CD box?
Kind regards, Wim van Vliet

Yes, you can download WinRail 8 from the web and use your old serial number from the CD box.
Unfortunately, there is no available application designed for iPads to allow you to run RAL files or at least an emulator to run the application, and we all know how restrictive is iOS when it comes to emulation.
I've also searched for alternative applications that might have this feature to open RAL files, but didn't find any suitable for the job. You will have to work on PCs with Windows operating system in order to open the RAL files.
